The Center for Information Infrastructure and Media
(IMZ) is a central operative unit at Ulm University of Applied Sciences. It is assigned duties according to section 28 of the State Higher Education Act (LHG) and the management reports directly to the President's Office/Board of Trustees.
Infrastructure and IT Services
The Department of Infrastructure and IT Services (formerly the Computer Center) in the IMZ is responsible for operating fundamental IT services.

Library
The role of the library is to source literature and provide information for studying, teaching and research. Students and staff at Ulm University of Applied Sciences are permitted to use the library, as well as people not affiliated to the THU. Click here to access the library webpages.
Online Services
The Online Services Department is responsible for all issues concerning the internet, web design, IT services and programming. We develop and maintain the Ulm University of Applied Sciences website in cooperation with its users.
User Services
The User Services Department is responsible for keeping the THU supplied with standard end devices. A central software distribution system offers program packages in all the disciplines useful for teaching. The programs are also managed/maintained centrally.
