Your completed application for admission to a degree program submitted via hochschulstart.de must be received by the University of Applied Sciences, with all the required documentation, by July 15 at the latest. This is a cut-off date. Study places are issued according to the rules set out in the "Hochschulvergabeverordnung" (HVVO – university admissions regulations). These are awarded based on the admissions grade, calculated using the German and mathematics grade from the higher education entrance qualification and the double-weighted grade from the suitability assessment (suitability grade) and possibly supplemented by appropriate professional experience or training.

After admission, you have 10 days in which to enroll, either in writing or in person. You can find the precise dates and requirements in the Notification of Admission letter.Subsequently, free study places are issued in a Clearing process. The remaining free places can be viewed on the Study Place Exchange, one month before the start of the semester.
